Export terms

Before you export a report

Each report download requires acceptance of these terms. They confirm authorised use, controller responsibility, and restrictions on how deliverables may be shared.

Last updated: June 2026

When these terms apply

These export terms (version 2026-06-11) apply each time you download a report bundle or HTML export from IndicationIQ. Acceptance is recorded in the audit log with your user account, the report, and the terms version.

General use of the workspace is governed by our terms of service. How we process public posts is described in our privacy notice.

Your role

By exporting, you confirm on behalf of yourself and the client organisation you are preparing this deliverable for (the “Controller”) that:

  • You are authorised to export this deliverable for the Controller's pharmaceutical research project
  • The Controller remains the data controller for how exported insights are used, shared, and retained

Source of evidence

Evidence in this export is derived from publicly posted content on open platforms configured for this indication (such as public social media and open forums). It does not include closed, login-gated, or private communities.

Permitted use

The export may be used only for the Controller's documented research purpose — typically patient-support insight, HCP communications research, or related pharmaceutical market research for this indication. You will not:

  • Use the export for direct marketing or contact with individuals identified in the source material
  • Republish raw posts or build a standing, searchable database of identifiable individuals
  • Reuse this project's data for a different client, indication, or purpose without a new lawful basis and contract
  • Train machine-learning models on verbatim quotes from this export

Personal data

Posts may contain personal data, including health-related information. You acknowledge that:

  • Anonymisation of handles in exports is on by default and recommended for client deliverables
  • Disabling anonymisation requires explicit Controller approval and is recorded in the audit log
  • Data subjects may exercise rights (including erasure) — the Controller is responsible for honouring requests; IndicationIQ provides erasure tooling on instruction

Accuracy and limitations

This export reflects automated extraction and human review at a point in time. Corpus size, platform mix, and date range affect confidence. Data limitation notes included in the export should be presented to the client. You will not present frequency counts as clinical prevalence or regulatory evidence.

Distribution

You will limit distribution to personnel and parties with a legitimate need for this research. You will not post verbatim patient quotes on public channels or social media.

Platform rights

The Controller is responsible for ensuring that collection and use of public platform content for this research is consistent with applicable platform terms and the Controller's own policies. IndicationIQ processes data as a processor under the Controller's instructions.

No warranty

Insights are research inputs, not medical, regulatory, or legal advice. IndicationIQ does not warrant completeness of public-source coverage or absence of error in automated coding.
